"helloo everyone

it has been some time since i last blogged. Many many things happened these 2 weeks. i got back my exam results and not all of them were ideal as i owuld have defined last term. these 3 weeks without my laptop weren't particularly convenient. didn't feel comfortable blogging / reading blogs from public comps. Have to study alone in de fishbowl (this public computing site here) till late at night.
yet i know that at least he's around. As in i hope u all do not feel that we are two inseparabble entities glued into one, fused by nuclear reaction or something. i must admit that our "coffee breaks' are ocassionally a little long, but i dun think i can do without them.
i'm just amazed how so many "bad" things have happened lately.. coupled with working and my WST meetings, and with rehersals for SEA cultural nite.. that i'm still always, .. always, happy.
suddenly my life changed. looking back, i dun think that my past 19 years were any waste of time, but i just feel that perhaps life has taken on a new meaning.
this is the first time i have done this...two people bloggin on one blog, doing one entry.. it started as a crazy idea actually, but what crazy things havent we done? getting locked out of the fish bowl, walking/strolling in -18 degrees, bringing 5 cups of coffee into the UGLi with only two of us, buying coffee with money dropping from the sky, went for a jog but ended up talking to an old uncle for more than an hour....and against all opinions and views, spending valentines;s dae without fancy restuarants, conventional gifts etc. just dinner at the dorm, a cup of starbucks, sitting at a place more suited for sticking flyers/propping your leg to tie your shoelace, on a cold rainy evening...and getting an alarm CLOCK :) yet, still glowing with joy.

Indeed, six weeks is short. We know that. On the other hand, we're really, really looking forward for what's to come, both good and bad. Together. "

hello everyone!!1

it has been close to a wk since i blogged...and hahha yea i ahve 5 minutes to blog now!!! been really really happy still!!! hahah i have to talk about yesterday...
the computer lab, or the "fish bowl' as we call it as it is surrounded by glass, is usually open 24 hours. so at 1030 yesterdae we happpily trotted off the get a cup of coffee so that we oculd continue studying later on. horror of horrors!!! the fish bowl shutters were down and locked shut when we returned..alright once again time whizzed by us...but yes..it was 0039..the fish bowl closed an hour ago!!! haha uh oh! her room key, her books and bag...my jacket(it was -10 degrees it hink) laptop..hahah alll inside safe in the LOCKED fish bowl!!

funny thing was...we just happily went around looking for the person holding the keys to the fish bowl...hahah! and i mean HAPPILY!!! we werent irritated or anything...andd feinitely not the leas bit with each other!! simply happy!!! haha!! ahhh!!! and finally, like all fairy tales end, we found the janitor and got our bags..

WOW!!

heh aniwae...spring break's coming!! some going to cancun!!! but well...save money..going chicago for a couple of nights..doesnt matter where actually..just need a break with u..all!!! hahah!!! we going with 7 others in case u were tinking of anythign!!1 haha!!!

HAPPY VALENTINE"S DAY everyone!!!

hahah i realise that i am crying this out loud to everyone, and yet it doesnt seem to mean a thing to us!
really..what we did on valentine's day? hmmmm no special dinner, no special present..perhaps just a special cup of coffee from starbucks..
but ask me and i will say i am truly happy
ask her n i am also 100 percent sure that she is as happy as i am

as my fren's fren said "to hell with vdae. if you can only make her happy on this dae, you are a scumbag"!!! hahahah!

to all of you who are scolding me for our lack of activity on vdae!! shaddap!! haha!
if the main thing was to be happy on vdae, i could not have been happier!!! haha!!! i udn see how a fancy restuarant or a cliched bouquet could have made a difference..i really cannot.

anyway we just celebrated chinese new year..great dinner!! though i realise that serving food to 140 people was a nightmare...worked practically 24 hours non stop...was preparing food from 930..only left the palce the next day midnight...and that doesnt include clearing up...it was s bloody tiring day!! prepare yusheng, dish out food for steamboat, storing food, amking he tangyaun desert that was soo promising but failed...i realised that scale matters...tangyaun for say 10 people would be no big deal...but for 140 people...with a normal pot...you have to consider how to keep the stuff hot, how to prevent the tangyauns from sticking, how to make sure the desert si served on time, calculating backwards when to make the last round of soup for the tangyaun..then for the foood..to figure out hot ot serve everybody apporx at the same time, how to prioritise what goes into the refrigerator and what stays outside....what to dish first..and everything with the budget in mind...haha all in all it was another great learning experience...

It is always so easy to simply just give up. i waited a week for the initial response, then another 2 days for him to reply me email, and now i have to make an appointment. but well, it is certainly a big step from simply fantasizing about doing something different.

talking about that....i just got to know that my buddy is attached!!! she sneaky sneaky ah..but seriously feel veri veri happy for her! when she showed me her bf, the first thought to me was...wow..hunk!!! but then think about my buddy how attractive..hmmm she doesnt deserve any less too lah hor?!! anyway when i wAS talking to her, she really seemed different, as in sounded different lah..hmmm maybe its the love!! hahah for once she wasnt that crappy...quite seriously actually...hahah!!! wow!!!! mr QJ!!! u good!!! haha!

alright...i have a bad feeling about my econs midterm..but i think one important thing about the US education systme is that because of the continual aassesment system, it makes you constantly hope and believe, that if you screw up one test, being sorrowful for yourself will siply make you screw the next one up...well just heads up and move on!!! as for the scholarship pressure...i shall go by the mentality...i think i am good enough!!! can do it..if cannot, at least i tried my veri veri best....choy!

i want to build a sculpture in michigan.
As in a wall of love, a wall that will remain on the University's campus long after i return back to singapore
a wall made of bricks, with messages of love and friendship engraved onto each brick.
on which people can write simple but sweet messages, or sophiscated and abstract phrases if they so prefer.
at the end of the day, it is just saying something nice to someone special.

and no! i am not being rouma here!!!! i am simply thinking big..."not to go where the path leads, but instead go where there is no path and leavea trail"..RJC ODAC motto.

blog blog blog...what to blog leh? just got soclded for writing rubbish on my blog..then just when i changed to a more subdued and refined style, kena for being too rouma!!! hai its really hard to be me man....

Moral of the story..DUN CARE! haha its my blog!!! and WARNING: ROUMA-ness AHEAD!! well not as jialat as last time, but yea...we have been together for what....1 month? 2 weeks? 2 weeks - 2 daes? aniwae does it matter??? no! a lot of people say that there is seriously something wrong if nothing goes wrong...last time i half believed it, cos i was also skeptical...like these people are trying to find exucses for their failings!!! i thought these pepole were sadistic or something!

Now...yea....i know sort of what they mean...perhaps we all need to redefine what it means by "wrong"...i think this whole thing is like two hearts tied as one..oops cliche!!! but aniwae..its like when one is depressed, worried or simply not feeling good, it really bounces off the other. In other words, everything is magnified two times.

It is sometimes tiring..but when i think about what happened, about this reflection of emotions between us, it really gives a deep sense of xing fu-ness. It really says something...like the day whereby nothing reflects anymore...jialat liao...hmm actually i think the word "reflect" is a vague word

well well ok ok...ROUMA-ness terminated. This week i have been calling singapore unusually a lot...haha actually 3 tiimes lah..cos other times they all didnt pick up phone!!!! managed to speak to koky and nelson, my fellow midshipmen. Wong ningyan too!! Mr Infantry Sword of Honour!! haha!

wow its unbelivable. Not because of what happened, but more of how it happened, and how it just seems to be improving each time.

i realise that i am not putting in as many exclamations as i used to, not because i am not happy, but because i am SSSSOOOOO happy that i become too conscious of it! haha whatever, but i know u will get it. hee!

It is soooo amazing. everything we do we do it one step ahead of others, if not then totally in the opposite way. i didnt feel that my life was interrupted, or that this was a new chapter of my life: a new beginning. No. i just feel that she is simply part of the story. i didnt even to flip the page: you just slid into my life so easily, so smoothly.

actually, this entry should be an update on my trip. well, i went to cleveland, washington, philadelphia, newyork, boston. the pictures will come veri soon! but this holiday....i will actually remember it for the long conversations over the phone at night. me at the service lobby, scaring the waiters doing room service, and u, sitting on the toilet bowl and making the flush go off now and then. hey sorry lah, but the bird in love is liddat one.

When the news got out, i was told that i was "the luckiest man on earth". I totally agree.

haha just came back from running!!! its -16 degress celsiuis outside now...running the 2km + route took me like 13 minutes liao...the air was killing the lungs, the wind biting into my face and slicing off my ears...

hey but we are going to stay here for at least 3 more years, arent we??!!!! are we going to just let half our time slip past cos of THE WEATHER???!!!! to everyone who is reading this, dun stop cos of the weather....the weather is just waiting to be overcome..cold den wear more, if dun wanna wear more than ren3 a bit....so difficult meh?!! and lets stop complaining about the weather..haha God isnt going to make it any warmer! porbably he might make it colder to shut us all up!!!

HEY HEY!!! Michigan saw its first freshamn couple this week!!! ahhhh!!!! love is in the air!! haha they were like hooking fingers, eating from the same bowl, share ice cream lah....waaaa!!!! haha its really veri exciting..isn't it just like a honeymoon??? 4 years of honeymooning in university of michigan..how cool!!!!!

and frankly its so exciting that the veri nite i dreamt of myself getting attached. shit lah i was a beautful dream!! budden somehow i didnt sleep thru it!! i dunno why also!!! it was sooo vivid!!1 haha budden it actualli made me veri happy the whole dae! haha!

den yesterdae i saw sth inspriring....i saw this man..almost blind and needing a wali=king stick thing that blind pple use...and i saw him at the gym. i was doing my own stuff when i saw him...figuring his way around with the stick, and when he comes to the machine, he uses his stick to feel the machine...den uses his hands..He den uses his sense of touch to feel the number of blocks of weights, sticks the pin in, and starts doing.... i wondered: how many pple like him would just sit at home and rot?

now its 0310..i m mugging..how fun....tom 0820 need to go flag day for my ghana trip...not going to be zombie at all man!!

ok and i got touched by an angel todae..esther helped me with my essay, for a whole many many hours... it was 8 pages, and she went thorugh ;iterally every single fullstop loh!! and considering that she could have been watching her funny shows that she downloads, and that her war with two papers just ended in the morning, she still did soo much....touched by an angel should have come to film her man!!

hi guys!!

haha sorry lah it was inertia that prevented me from coming to the blog and update. well it has been a long long long time..a long time since i have seen my classmates especailly after our dear kailing just had to update her blog and tempt me about class parties!!!

aniwae overseas i believe the most unforgettable stuff are the trips.
over the weekend someitme long ago, i went frankenmuth, or the "little bavaria of michigan". if any michaganders are to get married, they better get married there man!! imagine the german countryside, with a river, bavarian style inns, brewerys, the world largest christmas store, clocks, chimes..ahhh damn romantic!! haha!! spent a nite there where the stupid kwek kianleong booked an inn that cost $80 for one night lah!! idiot! haha!! the next day we drove around..went to a nice sounding place called "bay city"..it was like pangsai lah!! even campus is nicer! haha!! than went saginaw city..went there cos it was on the way..and it isnt commendable at all too..ah well

last week went toronto!! ah that was one of my best trips!1 on the way there met this cuban guy on the bus...kept asking me t go cuba for the beach and hot chicks! haha! damn funny..he sae he traveled from milwaukee(dunno where is that) to toronto to fly back to cuba..cos US got embargo. asked him if he was going to see his family, and he said "yea..and the chicks man!"
haha at toronto got a fren who showed us around. The CN tower cost like $30 to go up!! so what if its the world tallest structure loh!!! haha niagara falls was beautiful too!! though see long will get sian lah...ahh and we went karoake and clubbing ah!!! haha toronto is overflowing with the li bi xue hot asian babes loh!! budden all damn slutty!!! in the club they keep grinding themselves only!1 like dog liddat loh! oh watched ALexendar in toronto...haha its damn ex to watch movie! $15 leh!! cannot take it ah!!

hmmm toronto...its really a place worth going. i wouldnt sae michigan is worth visiting at all, but toronto definiely is. good food, safe place and nice scenery! though canada is screwed up a bit lah! my fren saes they dun accept Phds form cambridge cos they only accept uni of toronto one..and if you leave your kid at home, they will break into your house, put your kid in an orphanage and then dun tell u anything! scrrewed up loh!! and yes, they whole dae strike also..my fren migrated there for 3 yrs liao but still no canada passport cos the imimigration dept go on strike!

haha anyway looking forward to winter break...starting to snow occasionally lioa here..remmbered the first day of snowfall me kainleong nansi and penglai took a walk, at 4AM! all the way down south...about 4km..in like -100000 degrees lah...damn cool loh!! at first it was fun..snowfight and just tumble down the snow..but then 10 minutes later it ws simply hell! haha!!

yea winter break..bought a train ticket to explore US. initeray packed ah!! cleveland/washington/philadelphia/newyork/boston/portland..all in 2 weeks!! haha looking foward to it though!!

holidaes in singappore rite? ahhh happi onli ahwho dae slack slack! haha and the guys..aiyah OCS also finishing liao, soon everyone's in unit...chao geng alreadi! tell u army is actualli a veri fascinating thing for the americans lah! they keep thinking we are all snipers or sth! haha and i beat the US army guy in laserquest! hee watever..i still beat him! halloween preps really shiong man!!! haha aniwae tomorrows halloween party!! the commitee really working hard man..right now me and kainelong waiting for the program sheet to be out and going door to door to jio pple! haha! rili nothing better to do...just now almost got caught by police for plucking tree branches!

aniwae i think life's getting mundane!! as in there aint anything to look forward to each weekend...and money isnt enough.. thats the thing!! money!! the dorm fees killed offf our allowance loh... so now we only can have enough to go on our railroad trip in winter....then ghana is going to take out our allowance completely!! haha! die lah...to conserve money we will be going on super low budget trips from now on...sleep in church those sort...

just read yewjia's and debra's blog about 6B. hai nothing beats that loh..amazes me what we actualli could do...flirt with miss koh/ pon school like no one's business..sleep more than listen in class...haha!!! i think 6b realli made me what i am todae..as in everyone is colding me for being a slacker here lah!! budden again they all stress for nothing loh..they should be immersed in 6B for 2 years..come out sureli damn relaxed one!

long time never blog liao!!! aniwae just came back from my illinios trip wih winston and esther. it was rili quite fun..though we came back earlier i must sae we rili had everything done..as in we used our time rili efficiently and everything fell into place.

we drove about 5 hours to chicago, dropped esther off at northwestern. by then it was night so we stayed at winston sister's apratment. haha his sis is damn funni!! the whole house is quite empty , and winston and his sister got this two bears that are 16 years old..as in soft toys lah..that represent them since they were babies! haha quite funni i took the bear and twirled then kena scolded!! ha and she has this rili nice poster called the "procrastinator's creed" that says sth like "putting of wat can be done todae to tommorrow opens up the possibility of intervention by a technological breakthhrough"! haha!!

well the next morning woke up rili earli..like at 6am to go UIUC, to visit helmi, janice, likyin, bernard they all. and they are rili nice lah brought me around and everyting..even the singaporeans that i met only that dae drove me around the campus as though i was their veri good fren!! UIUC is sth like michigan lah..haha but that day was also the football game btw UIUC and Umich..den we thrashed illinois 30-17..haha damn scared pple find out i from michigan loh!! everyone wore the t shirt "much fichigan"!!! haha!!!! well that night went to watch urban nite.hip hop dance concert that was seriously damn good!!!!! rili lucky to have caught that!! spent the night at helmi's room and then set off for chicago this morning

we imediately chiong sears tower...tallest building in the world!!! petronas as we all noe is a conman!! haha paid $10 to go up loh...but den once a lifetime lah...todae clear dae so quite nice view! den walk here walk there...chicago is like a large orchard road i would sae...maybe got some rivers and lake that makes it look nicer..but i know why kianleong found it boring lah..if dun shop rili nothing to do one...but well the builings were quite nice pieces of architecture lah!!john han cock building was also damn nice, the hyatt hotel and all...they just look big grand and nice lah...budden the weather was bloody cold!! siao one!!! 5 degrees leh!! plus damn windy somemore!!!

haha!! ok lah i have been quite slack the last wek..this week time for me to work hard and die liao..i hope to go kentucky sometime soon with the climbers...yea wah i m still veri grateful to the UIUC pple lah...they were seriously damn nice...thanks pple if u read this!!!!

been a while since i last blogged..but now is one time when i cannot possibl not man!! i just came back from west virginia!
a lon long 8 hour drive away..reliving my ODAC days..camped there adn rock climbed with the Mchigan Climbiing club at the NEW RIVER GORGE. welll the place COuld be beautiful if not not for the fog.ok lah it was still quite nice when we drove dwown in the valley but u couldnt really see much of the river when u were up there..got to learn a few more techinical stuff like how to use crampons and nuts to make anchors on cracks.

haha and wat an experience sleeping in the open was. in Odac, we used to sleep out of our tents whenver we could. over here the first nite i tries...brrrrrr!!! it was bloody bloddy bloddy cold!! think got at least 5 degress celsius!!! wa lau eh i tot ok ok i woke up shivering lah

the second nite tho i was a little smarter. slept in the tent. still woke up shivering cos this time it was raining and temp was like near zero liao!!! the rest had sleeping bags while i had none! haha should go get one soon man! budden again damn ex leh..

well this w.virginia thing was damn fun. it was a tyoical outdoor trip inmy opinion. it reflected veri well on the outdoor spirit here cos althought a little rain hampered our choice of clinbing routes, everyone was still hapy and optimistic. even when we got lost we still like veri happy liddat. eveyone didnt rili know each other but in the end we could still talk about things like relationships and even strip clubs! hhaah!!! and i learnt that there is such things as a triple kiss where pple do act do it!!! yucks!! haha!!!!

anyway this trip was rili unforgettable..at least for a whle,..i feel liberated, utterly destressed after the trip..i think it was the company...at no time did anyone complain that they had work yet to be done..think the notto "climb now study later" is rili cool!!!haha!aniwae we wandered into ohio city for a litlle litlle while and it loooked nice!!!

next destination OHIO!!! haha!

hai still got midterms every week for the next three weeks...really spread out my tests..good also i can rili chiong for every single one!

todae went to the michigan football game against iowa. and for the first time i was in a stadium with 111,000 other pple!! hte atmosphere was superb man!! my tickets kena the last row and even den the atmosphere was tremendous! haha whenever theres a good defensive play we would all take out our keychains and jingle it fo " key play"!! haha! den the marching band was good!! the "hail the victors" song is ringing in my head now!!! well and in the end, we won the gme !! 30-17!! haha!!

on a darker note, o lost my bag at the stadium. we couldnt bring bags in so like amny others i left mine outside. when the game ended everyone happily tok their bags and went off. well well i was there, but my bag wasnt anywhere to be found! for goodness sake why would anyone wanna take my bag man!!! luckily got my valuables out, budden inside still got my shirt and johnathan's shorts and army new balance!hai...americans ahhh why so despo!!! i know my bag nice no need to liddat rite!

played floorball after the game, quite fun though all singaporeans leh! aniwae my shooting sucks man!!! it wasnt very good previously, but now its bad!!! gotta improve!

just came back from rock wall climbing...ha still got an essay to do..but rock climbing was fun!!! haha er think i somehow got better a little..dunno maebe yishun wall was too tough or sth? but its like here i can easily climb a 5.9 wall after 3 climbs elsewhere!! haha!!! but heres the dilemma..its US$17 per entryplus rental.and thats super ex!!!! argh!!! shit!

aniwae bought many many things from birch run..which is this huge factory outlet..timberland shoes were going for 20, nautica jackets 30, mike shoes no more than 50 dollars!!! lrvis 2 for $50!!! haha there was rili te ultimate test of self control man!!! so in the end i bought a nautica jacket, a timberland fleece, a timberland sandals, 2 funny branded shirts, one eddie abur long sleeve aand a pair of berms..total blew $120!! but compared to other pple its damn little alredi lah..

alright weird as it may seem but i m starting to miss singapore weather..the weather here is rili gtting cold and fall's just starting!! cold as in rili rili cold man!!! the wind chill here is great! haha!! well i guess we arent never satisfied!!

A few updates!!!! Just came back from the first leg of MSTD.... But guess what now the LST is back in Changi Naval Base.... Last night during the 2359 to 0300 watch (tiger on bridge) a merchant ship tried to overtake us on our port side then it kissed our ship so we hard to STBD and this merchant ship hard to port but they then collided into another merchant ship on their port side. The merchant ship then caught fire and our ship was involved in rescue operations... How cool!!!! This took place around horsebourgh lighthouse..... My goodness!!! Dunno when they will continue on their jopurney, but this MSTD will really go down in history!!!!

argh missed this!!! how cool wassit man!!! wow..i m awestruck..lost for words..and quite smart eh the asiaone .com saes its on a "routine deployment"..while there are 44 midshipmem..some of whom are NSFs onboard...

finished my toughest dae of the wek todae!! wa lao classes rom nine till four man!! thats rili quite taxing lah!! although i rili appreciate the ichigan time thing where every class will start ten minutes late..reminiscent of RI daes

ha aniwae todae came across one screwed up sociological theory!!! that all male babies are sexually attracted to their mothers at birth, but because their dad stands in the wae, the have no choice but to submit to their father and they begin to identify with their dad instead. this allows for a female later on in his life to take the plcae of the female inh is life...

finished my loft!!! yea!!! alight those living in dorms should seiorusly all get a loft man! it frees up the room so much..and certainly reduces the emptation o lie down and sleep on your bed since the bed is now rather inaccessible. my roomie nd 1 spent like 5 hours seting everything up...self effort but it saved us lots of money man!
aniwae yesterdae marked the end of my party orientation..and i conclude htat clubs and foam aprties are absolutely not my cup of tea. went to a foam aprty yesterde and it wasnt fun AT ALL!! ok see some dirty dancing which i m not surprised considering frats are shady things,, the house was hot and stuffy, the party seemed on the verge of being busted or sth..haha and the fom was rili disappointing..it was like making popcorn..just this time foam popping foam from an air conditioning vent..haha its act damn funni...
yea so went back..played some xbox...xbox 's damn nice..yea yea and feel kinda bad cos the same taiwanese girl keeps calling me to go for stuff and updatting me on wat i issed when i left earli last night....haha n i so happen to like be busy when she's talking to be online or my handphone is on silent when she calls me!! haha well..i know wat u are thining..but no its impossible...

just came back from a frat party..haha frat is short for fraterninty...fraterninties are grouups of guys while sororities are groups of girsls and they frequently come together to party..mini club sort of stuff...they called it the greek life nd every new batch of students they will have a rush where is like a recruitment drive for their frats...yea anyway went to the lambda phi epsilon one(they name themselves after greek characters)..it was madly hot inside man!!heh tho todae made frens with another 4 taiwanese frens who think that kwek and i r veri smart after ome big mouth singaporean said we were 18 and we can disrot cos our brains are worth 500k each!! haha wat the hell!!! ok aniwae my fren coined the party a whore house..and i think is kinda true...seriosly there was more dirty dancing then ever, people were dressed skimpily...groping going on..nah not my sort..so we left. haha i was damn bored cos like the room was rili small..and the dancing was quite disgusting..haha the music was sucky..everything lah..so i just stood there and one of the taiwanese girls was so ncie enough to "pei" me as she said..haha!!

aniwae we left..wanted to go for another paarty but heard the cops are like busting all the parties now.haha yea many umich students are underage to drink.u need to be 21...so the police have a good reason for cracking down lah..yea so we wlked and walked and poor northern campus pple like me and peng lai had to leave earli to catch the last bus home!!!

overall it was alright..eye opener...my roomie has alwaes said frats were useless..but just had to see it for myself man..and they are rili useless..they just party non stop and they rili seem like they have sorta an ulterior intention behind the niceties they are showing u?? aniwae not my type lah...i will just go for the occasional clubbing session i gess.. but not this frat thing!

talking about parties.pple are still partying now..it like fridae night and everyone's out..we had no choice cos or else we couldn't come ack north..haha but umich's fun!!!nice place man!

just played squash todae...hehe my daes are pretty much slack lah..although u might call it play hard study hard..i have lessons like from9 to 5..den go round settling ssuff...back fo dinner..do some workk from 630 till 9..den playtime!! haha i like this life.its healthy life ya? not too much sress and everything..ha!
classes aint too bad...there is this thing called michigan time where classes start like 10min after the lesson officially starts...den this week is more of like introduction and everyhthing
i thing sucks..the books!!!! its damn espensve..lets do a bit of accounting here...lets see...philosophy costs like $95, english like $60, sociology will be $80 and econs has been $20 so far..and mind you they are in US dollas!!! thats like what $255??!!!! wow!!! shit!!!! is damn ex lah!! and this is still excluding the mother of all books the econ text which is like $116... it was a mistake..should have emailed the pofessors ahead to ask for the required texts so that can order online..now classes are starting so no choice..except for the econ one where the prof dun rili seem to care and ther are no tutorials!!
tom is my last dae of lessons!!! haha!!! and the owner of my blogskin is damn anal!!! look at wat he has done man!! weelll when i m feeling more free i shall cahnge the skin..till then seeya

schools tomorrow..sigh..but perhaps its good ya? get to meet pple that u know u will meet on a regular basis at least for this term? these few daes i do run into the same old pple..this china lady whose taking the exact same course as me..this malaysian "ah tan" who's like super joker and cheapskate! haha!! this serbian miller who's damn funny, this croat with those deep eyes..these group of hongkongers..koreans...this thai girl by the name of lisa who's act quite pretty..aniwae all this while it has been by chance..fate..watever. but now we do act have "classmates..well not quite but close enough..

didnt rili do much todae..slept the whole afternoon awway and just came back from meeting my parents..they are flying off todae..yea i thiknk they kinda feel sad..cos i m all away and my bro is like also all grown up and everything..so they feel sorta of lonely..sometimes i feel for them..but i must say i give them credit for trusting us..to let us do wat we want and find our own way..i promise myself that i will be such to my kids next time...to let go when the time comes..i respect my parents a lot

aniwae i was talking with kinleong and i again reminded myself how fortunate i m..that i m getting a free education with like so much money when i reach home..i rili feel so fortunate that i owe saf something..rsn for that matter..and it kinda sucks when pple break bond,depriving another of this ver rare and precious opportnity...

getting philosphical here..aniwae just discussed wat to get for the room with my roomie...we are getting a loft, a sofa, a microwave and an xbox!! haha with hao..some cs like game..aniwae he is rili nice cos we are splitting evenly but i m taking away onli the microwave. but the point is that he is gettin his dad to help bild the loft..which will now set me back like only $100...where kianleong will pay $200 for the loft...and with the xbox and everything, i will pay $225 in all..so doesn't it make sense? that since his dad is doing so much i shouldnt be takin anything for granted rite??? haha well i must sae roomie is just too nice? haha!!

tomorrow's chool starting...bleagh and school must start on my heaviest day...well i m taking sociology, philsophy,econs and writing..my adivisor saes CAN BE DONE, but will be difficult..but then again are there really easy things..and would i enjoy them as much? was glancing thru a book by descraates and i seemed interesting wnough...

aniwae yesterdae was an earli night for me..slept at one after watching some final fantasy...hai my roomie's still away at his hoetown with his irlfriend..how sweet rite!!! he's a nice guy..not the typical party crazy american but the more subdued and matured mr nice guys that u see..ok first impresstion of him is as such but i think it would hold.

well yesterdae was like a whole dae with the fellow singapoeans..did some scavenger hunt thing followed by soccer..oh signed up for kayaking and odac yst.kayaking can go whitewater!! how fun!! budden t eodac ere is extortion lah..wa lau us$100 for 3d2n backpacking onli leh!!!

woke up at twelve todae hehe

just ran..think maebe to and fro got 10km..ran with kwek kwek to the huron river park den sat down to wath a football game..which was utterly boring man!!! ha it was getting very cold..so we had no other choice but to head home..huron river's act quite nice man!!! like an enlarged macritchie but maebe nicer a little bit lah..must be the weather

now waiting for the party to start..tonight there are like 3 parties..they call it the dance trilogy..suppossedly to be sort of an after game bash from the football game btw michigan and ohio earlier in the dae.

well i have decided to post a blog. for pple to see, for myself to remember stuff...watever..aniwae here is!!! haha!! alright i simply think every day passing undocumneted in some way or another is rili wasteful...life's great now!!! like the american's alwaes sae " have a nice life man!!" when they sae bye to you...hahahaha life's rili great...

today i joined the army rotc(reserve officers training command) for a canoeing trip..we canoed down river huron..den ate a bbq lunch and played soccer..hahahah amercicans cant rili play soccer at all! well after that i got to hear first hand stories from operation iraqi freedom..which is rili cool....after the canoeing thing we went to mize craze..which was at this great palmer field where the evening weather was ooling and nice and most importantly..free food!!!!! yes i know it sounds cheapskate but yea...foods rili expensive u know!!!

aniwaee just got back form meijer madness..which was this late night shopping thing organised by the university for last innute shooing..and it was rili mad!! the crowd was rili like wow!!!haha was tired jsut now but well took a shower just seconds ago..hence my first entry!!!!

school's startting in like 4 days...argh!!! aniwaie tom is free!! some respite might be good...
